A prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you with instructions on how to send the merchandise back. Once your return is received by Sepia Soul, LLC, please allow up to 7 business days from the date we receive the product for your refund to be issued. Returns must be unused, unaltered, and unworn. There is no guarantee that you will receive a refund. If we find any defects on the merchandise or there are signs of wear we reserve the right to not accept your return.
